Shipping
Our orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours if placed on a business day prior to 3pm Pacific Time. For orders placed on Friday and over the weekend, there may be a slight delay. We only ship to continental USA locations. We offer FREE standard shipping for all of our products via USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon Logistics or DHL to all continental USA locations. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories and we do not ship internationally.
Returns, Refund, and Warranty Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, any return that is unrelated to the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) will require buyer to pay for return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If the item arrives broken, we may offer you refund with a photo proof without making a return. Products that come in packs sometimes will have broken or defective pieces. If the number of broken pieces is small, say 1 out of 10, we normally will apply a partial refund, 1/10 in this example, instead of a return.
Most of our items come with warranty and it varies depends on the item. The warranty information is listed on each listing so please refer to the listing page for the warranty information. Within the warranty period, you will be entitled to a full refund, partial refund, or replacement package, depending on the product and the situation. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product under warranty.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
